The Relationship of a Child
Honour thy father and thy mother, as 
thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which thy God giveth thee. Deuteronomy 5:16 (Exodus 20:12, Matthew 15:4,6, 19:19, Mark 7:10, 10:19, Luke 18:20, Ephesians 6:2,3)
Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and keep my sabbaths: I am your God. Leviticus 19:3

The Relationship of a Parent
And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. Deuteronomy 6:6,7 (11:18,19)
Gather the people together, men, and women, and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear your God, and observe to do all the words of this law: And that their children, which have not known any thing, may hear, and learn to fear your God, as long as ye live in the land whither ye go over Jordan to possess it. If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly. Titus 1:6
That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, Titus 2:4
And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Ephesians 6:4 (Colossians 3:21)

When All Else Fails
If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them: Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place; And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard. And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear. Deuteronomy 21:18-21

Curses of Breaking the Fifth Commandment
Whoso curseth his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness. Proverbs 20:20
The eye that mocketh at his father, and despiseth to obey his mother, the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, and the young eagles shall eat it. Proverbs 30:17
A wise servant shall have rule over a son that causeth shame, and shall have part of the inheritance among the brethren. Proverbs 17:2
